Abstract Submission Guidelines

General Guidelines:

  • Only registered delegates are allowed to submit abstracts for oral presentation or E-poster
  • Abstracts for paper/poster must be brief, not exceeding 250 words.
  • The first author will be the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the presentation.
  • All abstracts should be submitted in English using "Times New Roman" font.
  • Choose an appropriate theme related to your presentation.
  • All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website ONLY.
  • The title should be short and concise, and must not be in capital letters.
  • Abstracts should avoid broad statements like "The results will be discussed."
  • Standard abbreviations may be used, but unusual abbreviations should be mentioned in brackets after the first appearance of the full word.
  • Use numerals to indicate numbers, except when beginning sentences.
  • The last date for submission of abstracts is 15th September 2018.
  • All submissions will be acknowledged by email only, so provide your current working email ID and mobile number. (We are not responsible for responses not received due to incorrect email IDs or contact numbers provided.)
  • By submitting an abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications. The organizing committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation in print or electronic media.
  • Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at national or international meetings are not permitted.
  • Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at local or state levels are permitted, but details need to be mentioned in the submission.
  • The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author by 30th November 2018.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or change the presentation type.
  • A maximum of two presentations and two posters as a presenting author will be allowed.
  • Do not submit the same abstract under more than one category.
  • Indicate the prize category for which the presentation is competing.
  • For award papers, do not reveal the names of the institution, place, and co-authors.

Instructions for Abstract Content:

  • Figures, tables, and graphs should not be included.
  • Use generic names of drugs only.
  • In original research, the results must be submitted with the abstract.
  • No references are needed with abstract submission.

Registrations last date 15th January 2026
Spot registration dates 16th January to 20th January 2026 (After that only spot registration at the venue during conference)
