  • Registrations for the conference is mandatory to register for CME and / or Workshops.
  • All the registrations go through online only. Cheques /DD's will not be accepted.
  • For registrations login to   www.dermacon2026bengaluru.com.
  • Kindly go through details of Workshops & CME dates & time to avoid overlapping.
  • Request to cancel/change for workshop, will not be entertained
  • For National Delegates, all payments should be in INR, and for International Delegates, all payments should be in USD.

CO-DELEGATES & NON-DERMATOLOGISTS are not allowed to enter scientific halls and sessions.
Entry to scientific halls is strictly restricted to dermatologists only.


Cancellation and refund policy

An E-mail communication requesting for cancellation of registration & the bank account details are mandatory, E-mail to be sent to org.secretary@dermacon2026bengaluru.com and secretariat@dermacon2026bengaluru.com

  • Till 30th November 2025, 50% of registration excluding full GST will be refunded.
  • From 1st Dec to 15th Jan 2026, 25% of registration excluding full GST will be refunded.
  • No refund after 15th Jan 2026.

Refunds will be processed to the provided bank account at the time of request 15 days after completion of the conference. Kindly mention complete bank details with name, account number, IFSC code, Bank & Branch name & address along with cancellation request. No refund shall be entertained for cancellation requests without bank account details.
